Description
The Zelezny Brod glassworks, also known as Železnobrodské Sklo (ZBS), was created in the Czech Republic in 1948 as a result of nationalization. At this time it was made up of nine glass factories in the town of Zelezny Brod, Czechoslovakia. This unique Blown Glass Figurine was most likely designed by Jaroslav Brychta as this piece is similar to other works attributed to him.
This piece depicts a brightly colored working man walking with his pipe, it is done in beautiful vibrant blue and green with a soft pastel orange scarf.
