Capodimonte porcelain is porcelain created by the Capodimonte porcelain manufactory, which was established in Naples, Italy, in 1743. Capodimonte porcelain was made in direct emulation of Meissen porcelain. This gorgeous vase depicts a woman in Roman garb surrounded by Cherubs. The vase is covered in intricate gilded scroll work with colorful flowers. This vase is in great condition with no chips, cracks, or hairlines. The paint is in good condition with just a small amount of shading missing from the base.
